Warriors the new prophecy set5/30/2023 In this game, more than in any other sport, if an all star-caliber player just doesn’t want to be a part of a team anymore, he can demand to be traded and the team basically has to accede to his demands. And frankly, I like our other guys better than their other guys. If so, it comes down to the “other” guys on the floor. Not knowing Thursday’s result at this writing, I’m going to go out on a limb and say that Steve Kerr found a way to make Anthony Davis just another good player. In game one, he had ownage on the Warriors in every aspect of the game. has LeBron James, but wait! The Warriors have that Steph Curry guy. The Lakers bring a different set of issues. And that was the difference in the series. But Kevon Looney made a mobile big man seem insignificant. I wasn’t sure the W’s could match the speed of the Kings and I thought a mobile big man like Domantas Sabonis would pose a problem for the Warriors’ “bigs.” The Kings were quicker. Going into this series, I honestly thought this would be an easier matchup for the Warriors than the Sacramento Kings. Who guards who? Who dictates the tempo of the game? Who has the stronger bench? Who gets to the free-throw line more? And those variables change with the opponent. Once again, because of Thursday morning deadlines for this weekly yarn, and Thursday night games for the compelling Warriors-Lakers playoff series, I can’t pontificate on what happened Tuesday nor what happened on Thursday.

Jerry siegel superman5/30/2023 Siegel and Shuster made roughly the equivalent of a million dollars their last year before the war.ĭuring the war, however, Siegel discovered that National had taken an idea he had for a younger version of Superman called Superboy and used it without buying the character from Siegel. However, in reality, Siegel and Kirby were drafted and Simon enlisted in the Coast Guard (only Shuster avoided the military entirely due to his failing eyesight) and things were much different for them when they returned from the war. There is an interesting "What If.?" related to what would have happened had World War II never forced most of the young creators in comics into the military and both Jerry Siegel and Joe Shuster and Jack Kirby and Joe Simon had remained at National Comics, selling millions of copies of Superman and Boy Commandos, respectively. And there is Kajal, who is lovable, rich, and Dushyant loved her and had broken up with him, and involved with a rich friend. There is Zara, a beautiful intern, working under Armaan, who have been raped at the age of 15, that's why she hates her father, who didn't believed her, and hates man's creed. Armaan, who has a very bad past, which he'd grounded beneath himself. The three other important characters is Dr. 509, perfectly di-pole, where the boy, named Dushyant Roy, an drug-alcoholic, who hate his life, is suffering from severe kidney failure, and on the other bed is an ever-smiling angel, Pihu, both destined to die, and how their life journey in the room to death is beautifully pictured by Durjoy Datta, who will stun you and surprise you, if you have read his initial books. Story: It is the story of two different personalities in the same room in the hospital, Room No. Going by the novel, it's narration is quirky as Durjoy's previous novels, there is love, there is friendships, and complication too, and lots and lots of drugs. I'd gone for Rakshabandhan and was returning when I bought the novel from Ranchi railway station, just going by the name of "Durjoy Datta", whose "Of course I love you", I had particularly read and reviewed too. I'm back after so many days, probably I didn't journeyed so much for the last few months. |
